Auto-Renew 2 months prior to anniversary date The auto-renewal was done a full 2 months earlier than the original subscription date, and at twice the original price. Posting as an alert to others. Sports Ilustrated itself is not a bad print media to support, articles and pictures are good and its recent Olympics coverage was very good. And if the renewal had been closer to the anniversary date, I might have made the decision to renew — instead I was surprised by the date, canceled the auto-renew and won’t use Amazon again for magazine subscriptions.
Easy Renewal – Christmas Gift My husband is a sports fanatic! Loves his weekly addition of Sports Illustrated, and all the articles/editorials contained in it. My renewal through them was nearly $50. Instead, I was able to subscribe through AMAZON for a fraction of that renewal fee! I will go this route annually.His Christmas stocking will have a nice, much appreciated, surprise of Sports Illustrated! Awesome, all year-long, gift! Of sports news! I fully recommend this avenue for magazine gifts!
Received first issue in under 2 weeks I have been a sports fan for years.. Have always loved SI.. purchased this during the black Friday year for $5 deal and already received my first issue! Of course, this issue is a double issue due to the Christmas Holiday but I never expected to receive my first issue in only two weeks!Magazine was delivered timely, is very entertaining if you like sports, and an excellent deal. Also very easy to manage your subscription via Amazon.. no more dealing with magazine’s directly!
