Every thing we expected! I ordered this subscription for our two grand-sons. Both of our sons had the subscription when they were young and it was important to us that their children be introduced to a fun, learning experience through this magazine. The boys are having a grand time. It is every thing we expected.
busy book six year old clara loves this thing. always makes for a fun 15 or 20 minutes, and is so much more varied than the national geographic version, and doesn’t have all the subliminal advertisements for breakfast cereals and such.
Reading can be fun â just ask my son. My four-year old son loves getting mail. He pours over his copy of Ranger Rick Jr. So far it’s a lot of looking at the pictures, but the idea of being entertained with printed material is worth a lot to me. I’m raising a reader. When it comes time in school he’s not going to be intimidated and he’ll associate reading with something fun he already knows. I think Ranger Rick Jr. is great!
